First of all, let me say that before I started practicing yoga, my health was really bad. However, after practicing regularly, my mental and physical health improved. I really enjoy doing yoga, and Poonam Mam’s training has been really helpful in helping me improve my condition. I really enjoy doing yoga every day, and if I miss a day, it makes me feel very low. Regular yoga practice will help us stay physically and mentally fit. I really recommend everyone to do yoga or exercise once a day.
