How Yoga has impacted my life?

I never practiced yoga after school, was more inclined towards gym and dance. They helped me to be in good shape and also channelised my extra energy and enthusiasm back in those days par ab lagta hai Yoga se hi HogašŸ™‚

Aapka yoga ke baare mai knowledge aur passion aapki baaton mai reflect hota hai. Jab aap class mai apna experience share karte ho toh woh humare liye motivational hota hai. Yeh toh nahi keh sakti ki sab follow karti hun par maximum karne ki koshish karti hun aur achieve bhi karti hun.

By practicing Yoga everyday I understand my body better than before. I am slowly able to control my mind (still a long way to go). My stamina and flexibility has increased in these last few months. I’m much more calmer in day to day life anger aur anxiety hone par immediate reaction nahi karti. Now I have experienced why they say yoga is healing and it helps you to connect with your self.
